The forest doesn’t run on honey alone. It takes vision, code, connection, and strategy. Our team blends creativity with craft, shaping the world of bears at work from pixels to purpose.

Zeilos has a background in graphic design, creating visual materials for schools and organizations, and holds a college foundation in data analytics. With over five years of experience in design and three years focused on pixel art, Zeilos brings both structure and style to the creative process. While not fully confident in programming yet, Zeilos continues to grow technically while leading the visual development of Bears at Work as its Creative Developer, blending design, layout, and pixel precision to shape the project's unique identity.

As we continue to grow the Bears at Work community, we are also laying the groundwork for future expansion. In time, we will be welcoming new talent to join the team—creatives, builders, and storytellers who share the vision of building something meaningful together.
